Lunge Lodge is located 550 miles from Pittsburgh, PA., 500 miles from Cleveland, Ohio and only 300 miles from Buffalo, NY. Scheduled airline flights to North Bay or Sudbury provide access via seaplane to Lunge Lodge. In addition to outstanding fishing, Lunge Lodge offers many other recreational opportunities. Enjoy swimming off our dock, sunbathing, canoeing, flatwater kayaking and paddle-boating. Guests can also square-off on a challenging game of ping pong, horseshoes and shuffle board of just sit back and watch. Bring your camera along on day-hikes to snap shots of the beautiful natural landscape and wildlife population. See mink, otters, moose and black bear. The area is alive with many species of birds including the northern loon, American black duck, wood duck, pileated woodpecker and wood thrush.

Our guides will show you remote lakes that are only accessible by canoe portage. Teeming with fish, these isolated backwater ponds await your discovery. The trek isn't easy, but the rewards of fishing in virgin waters are well worth it.
